At INMO XR, we stand behind our augmented reality technology and offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition. If your smart glasses do not meet your expectations, we are committed to providing a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare the Package

    Carefully pack your INMO XR glasses, including all original accessories, manuals, and protective films, into the original retail packaging.

  • 3.
    Ship the Product

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the device's condition and hardware integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
